Provide day to day support for UPMC telephones. This includes deploying new hardware, creating Interactive Voice Responses and managing E911.

PC Consultant - Intermediate

UPMC Cole, Coudersport, PA – (February 2018 to April 2024)

Provide day to day hardware support for UPMC end user computing and printer devices. This support involves hardware evaluation, troubleshooting and repair for printers and computers throughout the enterprise. I have been very involved the IT integration of Cole Memorial and UPMC.
